In this hybrid role, you act as a trusted finance business partner to the AGT Business Heads while also being an integral part of the Global Service Business Controlling team. Your focus is on supporting AGT controlling topics end-to-end while ensuring alignment with global standards. You translate financial and operational data into actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Primary support to the AGT Business Controlling Head with financial insights, reporting, and planning
  • Act as finance partner to operational management, driving transparency and performance steering
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end closing processes
  • Deliver management-ready analyses and presentations for senior leadership
  • Perform variance analysis, scenario modelling, and KPI monitoring
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across regions and functions
  • Contribute to global service controlling topics and ensure alignment with standards
  • Drive process improvements, digitalization, and automation initiatives
  • Support business cases, Capex evaluations, and ad-hoc topics
  • Ensure data quality, audit readiness, and compliance

What You Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Several years of experience in business controlling / financial analysis, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for management decision-making
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, and performance steering
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and functions
  • Digital mindset with interest in process optimization and tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Self-driven, structured, and collaborative way of working
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
