You’ll manage the inbound processing of supplier deliveries and coordinate closely with quality and purchasing teams to address non-conformances and bonded deliveries. You\’ll oversee the timely delivery of production orders to the factory floor and manage intersite stock transfers. With a strong emphasis on accuracy, you\’ll lead perpetual inventory counts, maintain optimal storage conditions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. As a team leader, you’ll help develop and train staff while promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence. How You\’ll Make An Impact Oversee inbound processing (goods receipt) of supplier deliveries Support quality and purchasing teams in handling non-conformances and bonded deliveries Ensure timely and accurate delivery of production orders to the factory and manage intersite stock transfers Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce quality escapes and increase On Time Delivery (OTD) Control perpetual inventory counting and ensure high stock accuracy Lead and support team training while promoting a strong safety and EHS culture What You Bring Proven experience in a warehousing or stores supervisory role, ideally within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of goods receipt, stock control, and inventory management processes A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency familiarity with EHS principles and experience supporting or conducting inspections Strong communication and leadership skills to develop and guide team members High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy About The Team Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation.
