As a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead the execution of complex high-voltage EPC and OEM energy infrastructure projects, including High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and grid access solutions.

- Champion a strong EHS and quality culture, ensuring compliance with all standards in live substations and construction environments.
- Establish robust project governance and controls, including schedule management, cost control, and risk registers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution capability and delivery performance across the project portfolio.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction and coaching to drive accountability and results.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with complex energy projects to enhance performance and profitability.
What You Bring
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Typically requires 8+ years of comprehensive project management experience in the high-voltage, power transmission, or utility sector.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
- International Project Management Association (IMPA) certification.
- Extensive knowledge of project management processes, procurement, engineering, and construction.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e. g., Microsoft Office, Project) and financial risk management.
