Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant
You play a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions that support Grid Technology’s strategic objectives. Your day includes conducting market research, evaluating potential targets, and supporting deal structuring and negotiations. You collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to manage due diligence and prepare investment materials. What you bring
