As part of our global Pension and Benefits team, you’ll act as a trusted expert and partner to our business and key stakeholders. Your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges — from managing global benefits topics and supporting strategic projects to collaborating with colleagues across regions to ensure our programs remain competitive and compliant. How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Contribute to global and regional C&B projects to address regulatory changes, support mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, improve the benefits portfolio, and implement technology and process enhancements.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct internal benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of benefits and pension offerings, while preparing decision papers for global and regional stakeholders.
  • Manage and adapt benefit and pension programs, including annual insurance renewals, compliance with legislative changes, and pension plan design updates in collaboration with pension finance colleagues.
  • Drive innovation through AI and digitalization, leveraging technology to optimize benefits administration, communication, and the implementation of flexible benefits strategies with internal experts and external partners.
  • Enhance sustainability and efficiency by developing and improving global mobility benefits and company car schemes aligned with the company’s CO₂ emission goals.
  • Foster alignment and collaboration by coordinating standardization and harmonization activities across regions and supporting HR M&A workstreams in benefits‑related integration and carve‑out activities.

What You Bring

  • Passionate about Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Experienced in developing and implementing C&B policies, structures, and processes in an international context, with a strong track record in managing employee benefits and related programs.
  • Strategic and proactive thinker: Challenges the status quo, combines sound judgment with strong analytical skills, and makes well‑founded decisions.
  • Knowledgeable and compliant: Well‑versed in benefits‑related legal frameworks and labor market practices, ensuring compliance while driving practical, business‑focused solutions.
  • Strong communicator: Skilled in preparing and presenting clear, persuasive decision proposals to senior management and collaborating effectively across functions and regions.
  • Analytical and organized: Detail‑oriented, discreet, and highly capable in self‑organization, prioritization, and time management; proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with knowledge of project management methods and process documentation.
  • Globally minded and qualified: Holds a relevant university degree (e.g. Economics, Management, Mathematics); an actuarial or consulting background is a plus. Fluent in English, open to occasional travel, with additional languages (e.g. German, Spanish, French) as an advantage.
