Siemens Energy is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Contracts Manager in the UK to oversee costs and commercial aspects of high voltage substation projects. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne with hybrid remote/office options, you will support project teams, administer subcontracts, manage claims, and advise on contractual terms to ensure successful project execution.

You will bring experience in QS, contract management, and commercial project management, with NEC contract familiarity.
