About the Role:
In this critical role, you will serve as a partner, service provider, and challenger to the global Siemens Energy Procurement Organization. As a key member of the Procurement Controlling team, you will contribute to driving procurement transformation by delivering actionable analytics and making success measurable.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where you’ll be interacting with top professional controllers and strategic procurement colleagues to deliver insightful, accurate, and timely analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all Procurement Controlling activities in collaboration with stakeholders and global teams.
- Manage fiscal year planning, monthly closing activities, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure high-quality data and transparency through procurement KPIs.
- Support procurement targets by identifying insights and improvement areas.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange within the team.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
Essential:
- Proven experience in procurement controlling with a solid understanding of key procurement KPIs.
- Proficient in Excel; advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau and SAP is highly desirable.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, able to manage and interpret complex data sets.
- Proactive, independent, and responsible work style.
- Excellent communication skills with strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
