Join the dynamic UK Parts Business team, where you will cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment. Your role involves working closely with customers and client managers to meet QRT important metrics for parts business proposals. Using tools like CPQ, SAP, and Salesforce, you will support Sales and Project teams during Quarterly Performance Reviews and lead improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate across various functions to identify and implement process improvements within the E2E Spare Parts Process.
How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Be an integral part of the UK Parts Business team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and client managers to achieve QRT metrics for parts business proposals.
  • Utilise your knowledge of CPQ, SAP, Salesforce, and other internal tools to improve efficiencies and handling time.
  • Support Sales and Project teams with Quarterly Performance Reviews and lead improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction through QRT & OTD.
  • Work across multiple functions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Discover opportunities for process improvement within the E2E Spare Parts Process and implement solutions across the team.
What You Bring
  • Ability to understand and resolve complex business issues in collaboration with area experts such as IMEX, Finance, and Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external clients.
  • Experience working with Client Managers to support the achievement of order intake targets.
