- Manage multiple Gas Generator, Gas Turbine, and Power Turbine repair and overhaul activities, coordinating internal teams and specialist suppliers while ensuring customer engines are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage the commercial and material aspects of overhaul activities, including receipt of repaired materials, allocation of costs to the correct work orders, and economic analysis to determine whether components should be repaired or replaced.
- Establish effective workflows between RWG and Integrated Powertrain Solutions, acting as a central point of contact across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Project Management, and customers while driving continuous process improvement.
- Work with Sales and other commercial stakeholders to support the sale or exchange of used engines into the global market, while monitoring project risks, financial performance, KPIs, and overall programme delivery.
