Join our dynamic AGT Field Service team as an FS Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity and operational excellence. You will lead a talented group of Field Service Engineers, setting clear goals and fostering their professional development while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Imagine overseeing the execution of on-site services for Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, acting as a technical expert to resolve complex issues, and driving process improvements that enhance service quality.   • You will set clear goals and operational objectives for your team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring business targets are met.

  • You will oversee the execution of on-site services, including commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AGT systems.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. You have significant experience in a field service engineering role, preferably within the power generation or oil & gas industry. Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with analytical skills to drive process improvements. Skilled in operational and project management, with a focus on quality control and collaboration.
