Imagine leading the charge in Siemens Energy’s New Business Fields, where you’ll drive the commercial and technical management of Hydrogen Power Unit (HPU) projects. You’ll coordinate resources, manage project scope, and make decisive calls to keep everything on track—ensuring delivery meets schedule, budget, and quality targets. As you build strong partnerships with Geopura and internal teams, you’ll foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and mentorship. Your day will be filled with dynamic problem-solving, hands-on leadership, and opportunities to shape the future of sustainable energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead commercial operations for HPU projects, partnering with RSU and Geopura to ensure alignment and success.
- You’ll manage SAP project and sales orders, oversee billing, and track customer invoices to meet contract milestones.
- You will coordinate with SCM Buyers, Stores, and Materials Handlers to optimize cashflow, site space, and resource allocation.
- You’ll develop and deliver training materials for SCM, Stores, and logistics, mentoring new hires and apprentices.
- You will chair action tracker meetings, collaborate with Engineering and Operations, and promote a responsible health, safety, and environment culture.
What You Bring
- You have a degree or equivalent experience, ideally in engineering or commercial fields, plus a recognized Project Management qualification (APMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
- You bring extensive experience across engineering, commercial, procurement, or commissioning activities, along with a strong background in project management roles.
- You are skilled in commercial project management, with deep knowledge of the power generation sector and emerging technologies.
- You are proficient in ERP systems, especially SAP, and have excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- You demonstrate attention to detail, ownership, flexibility, and a collaborative, self-motivated approach.
