Задачи:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project professionals, setting clear goals and conducting performance reviews
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of substation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, time, budget, and quality standards
- Implement and manage project governance frameworks, including detailed scheduling, risk management, and change control processes
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting to protect project margins
- Ensure project documentation is accurately created, maintained, and archived according to internal and client requirements
Требования:
- Proven experience managing complex engineering projects
- Leadership capabilities and experience supervising professional-level employees and fostering team development
- Proficiency in formal project management methodologies, such as Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
- Commercial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and stakeholder negotiation
- Strong project and process management, risk management, and resource allocation skills
