Join us as the Head of PFS Operations for the UK, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our newly formed Products, Field Services & Substation Upgrades (PFS) business.

- You will implement operational policies and strategies aligned with short-term business objectives for PFS Operations, driving the overall direction of the team.
- Manage the departmental budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and effective financial management.
- Oversee the delivery of field services and substation upgrade projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of experienced professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance through regular performance reviews and resource allocation.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for this leadership role.
- Significant experience in operational management, preferably within the power generation, transmission, or a related technical services industry.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams of experienced technical professionals or engineers, showcasing your strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrable experience with financial management, including budgeting and P&L responsibility, ensuring sound financial practices within the department.
