Join our Grid Technologies team as a Project Engineer and become a key player in supporting projects across the UK, both onshore and offshore. You’ll work with a diverse range of blue‑chip international clients in the Power Transmission, Distribution, and Generation sectors, ensuring the long‑term availability and reliability of their assets. Your day will involve collaborating with project delivery teams, managing project governance, and utilizing your planning and leadership skills to achieve successful project outcomes. With a focus on Asset Management, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering activities, you’ll contribute to the highest reliability of energy supply for our customers.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Manage stakeholders and communications, resolving conflicts and negotiating project goals.
  • Develop and control project budgets, tracking costs and supporting funding submissions.
  • Oversee scope management, consolidated planning, and schedule management.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and contract procurement processes.

What You Bring

  • A degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications like APM or IPMA are preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and strong communication skills.
