Are you ready to step into the dynamic world of Power Transmission with Siemens Energy? We’re looking for passionate individuals to join us as Project Leads within Grid Technologies. The Grid Project Lead Program is a 12‑month development journey beginning July 1st, 2026, featuring rotations, classroom and virtual learning, and hands‑on training designed to build the technical skills needed in HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) and core Siemens Energy processes.

What You Can Expect
Over the 12‑month rotational program, participants gain hands‑on experience, become fully integrated into day‑to‑day team activities, and develop a deep understanding of Siemens Energy Grid Technology. The program enables rapid knowledge building, solution exploration, and direct exposure to the business. From the first day, participants take on individually tailored assignments, including the possibility of an international rotation. Each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance throughout immersive experiences, including opportunities to shadow various roles. This support structure is designed to help participants achieve their career goals while building strong connections with peers and business leaders, supported by extensive resources for professional growth. As a Project Manager in HVDC, participants contribute directly to Siemens Energy’s decarbonization mission by helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. They become part of the broader Project Management team, supporting the implementation of complex international HVDC solution projects. Their work spans all stages—from customer inquiries and planning, to design engineering, supply chain activities, testing in the lab, and final handover of EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) projects.

- Assessment Center (Planned End of March 2026 at the Siemens Energy Manchester): Candidates who pass the recruiter interview will participate in group exercises, case studies, and presentations to evaluate skills, competencies, and teamwork.
