You’ll lead the Tendering function for the Grid Technology Product Business in Great Britain and Ireland, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions that meet customer expectations and support business order targets. You’ll work closely with colleagues across locations and functions, contributing to strategic goals and driving innovation in tendering processes.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead daily tendering operations for the Grid Technology Sales product business in GB & Ireland, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions
- Develop and manage a geographically distributed tendering team across GB, Ireland, and Bucharest
- Drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and governance to support successful tender delivery
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Promote Siemens Energy’s grid technology capabilities while addressing customer needs and expectations
- Champion continuous improvement and digital innovation, including the integration of AI in tender processes
What You Bring
- Proven experience in tender delivery or project management within a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
- Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A track record of driving innovation and process improvement
- A degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology (preferred but not essential)
