This apprenticeship opportunity will be a three‐year long programme whereby the successful candidate will work across our project environments throughout the scheme period on a structured placement rota supplemented by formalised learning with our local college partner.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in multiple functions and locations of the Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business in the delivery of customer requirements.
  • Challenge convention, questioning the 'norm' and encouraging the business to innovate.
  • Build your continuous improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma basics training and owning/implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Become an active member within a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) to participate in wider business projects through our culture hub.

About The Team

Project management is an embedded function within the Aero Gas Turbine product line and forms integral parts of the overall customer delivery experience. The apprenticeship will be a placement rota across a selection of these allowing you to fulfil the apprenticeship requirement and explore this professional discipline widely.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
