A Snapshot of Your Day Join us as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. You will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. How You’ll Make an Impact Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to uphold our standards. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in the design and development of new products to ensure quality standards are met from the outset. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and methodologies. Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality engineering. What You Bring NVQ level 4 to 5 in engineering or an equivalent qualification. Auditor qualification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.). Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
