A Stores Operative supports the daily flow of materials by receiving goods, picking orders and despatching shipments to customers in more than 90 countries. You will handle stock accurately both physically and within SAP while operating manual handling equipment and forklifts in line with Zero Harm principles. Your work underpins customer satisfaction and reinforces our standards for safety, quality and performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Pick and verify customer orders accurately in line with established guidelines.
  • Prepare, pack and label products for storage or shipment with correct documentation.
  • Assemble and strap palletised goods securely for despatch.
  • Move stock safely using manual handling equipment and forklifts where licensed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through perpetual counting and timely SAP updates.
  • Uphold Zero Harm principles to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain workspace organisation in line with 5S and EHS standards.

What You Bring

  • Experience in warehousing or logistics with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Forklift and manual handling experience, with Reach or Counterbalance licences preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP or warehouse management systems.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts where required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, safety focused approach with strong attention to detail.
