Overview
A Snapshot of Your Day: Imagine joining a collaborative team where you take the lead in designing, programming, and testing automation systems for Small Gas Turbines using Rockwell ControlLogix PLC platforms. You’ll actively partner with project teams to deliver reliable control solutions, develop and maintain HMI/SCADA systems, and provide technical support for both commissioning and sales. Each day, you’ll tackle hands-on challenges, ensuring that systems are safe, efficient, and meet rigorous industry standards. Your expertise will directly enhance the reliability and performance of industrial processes, giving you the opportunity to drive innovation in energy technology.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Develop and program PLC systems using Rockwell ControlLogix and Studio 5000.
- Design control system architecture, including I/O, network topology, and safety systems.
- Create and maintain HMI/SCADA systems with FactoryTalk Optix and Wonderware InTouch.
- Support commissioning teams during installation and provide on-site start-up assistance.
- Prepare detailed documentation and ensure compliance with IEC, NFPA, and ISO standards.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Rockwell ControlLogix PLC programming and Studio 5000, with experience in FactoryTalk View SE/ME for HMI development.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
- Several years in industrial automation or controls engineering, with hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
