Siemens Energy in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to maintain CNC machines, lathes and mills across Ruston Works and Teal Park. You will diagnose faults, carry out emergency repairs and perform planned maintenance to maximise equipment uptime.
You will work independently on complex machinery while sharing knowledge with apprentices and less experienced colleagues, contributing to safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
