How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide real-time performance visibility and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and prompt identification of performance gaps across operations.
- Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data, supporting informed decision-making.
- You will track end-to-end operational flow, managing issue logs and highlighting risks, deviations, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Deliver timely insights into performance gaps and trends, translating data into clear recommendations for operational improvement.
- Support daily and weekly performance review meetings with reliable data and analysis, enabling fact-based discussions on performance status.
What You Bring
- Possess strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in performance reporting.
- You have a background in an operational, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Proficient in dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalent.
- You have a solid understanding of KPIs, operational flow, and performance management principles.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, along with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
