Join us as the Head of Enterprise Solutions, where you will lead the business-facing enterprise capability that connects SGT’s core digital platforms into a coherent, trusted, and value-creating operating landscape.

You will shape the enterprise solutions roadmap, ensuring these platforms support planning credibility, operational execution, data integrity, and scalable digital delivery across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Service.

Leading a team of enterprise solution, system, process, and delivery specialists, you will report to the Head of AI & Enterprise Solutions and collaborate closely with SGT business leaders, local and global IT, and digital program teams.

Your focus will be to turn business priorities into adopted enterprise solutions, improve process and data readiness, reduce local workarounds, and ensure every platform initiative has clear ownership, governance, adoption, and measurable business value.

  • Define and lead the SGT enterprise solutions roadmap, aligned with business priorities and digital strategies.
  • Own the integrated enterprise systems landscape across SAP S4E, PLM360, and One PM, ensuring clear design authority.
  • Create a coherent architecture that connects various business functions through trusted data and process integrity.
  • Lead enterprise platform adoption and operational readiness for major transformation programs like SAP S4E and PLM360.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand, prioritize delivery, and ensure solutions enhance operational performance.
  • Build a high-performing enterprise solutions team that balances global standards with local execution realities.

What You Bring

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, information technology, manufacturing systems, or business transformation.
  • Leadership experience in SAP, PLM, enterprise architecture, or complex business transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, process design, data readiness, and governance in operational organizations.
  • Experience in shaping and delivering enterprise systems transformation.
  • Knowledge of gas turbines in areas like engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain is desirable.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex strategic projects in high-pressure environments, including team management.
