Join Siemens Energy and step into the heart of Bid Management as a CPQ Analyst, where you help shape how Small Gas Turbine solutions are costed, configured, and quoted worldwide. From day one, you’ll work hands-on with CPQ processes and tools, improving how new unit sales are delivered to customers while boosting efficiency and accuracy. You’ll balance analytical, driven project work with close, collaborative engagement across engineering, R&D, factories, and bid management teams. Over the next 3–4 years, you’ll take real ownership of improvement projects, build confidence in a global environment, and directly influence how our customers experience Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Enable global Small Gas Turbine cost, configuration, and quotation by improving CPQ-related processes and tools for Bid Management.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in CPQ workflows, build business cases, align with management, and lead improvement projects end to end.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, including budget setting and minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs).
  • Support Engineering, R&D, and factories to improve cost estimation accuracy and integrate cost-out and product safety measures into tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to harmonize bid management tools and processes across the organization.

What You Bring

  • A degree in engineering (or equivalent), with Chartered status or working towards it.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Experience or knowledge of process improvement, with the confidence to step in and lead project teams when needed.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Education or experience related to the design, specification, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
  • Willingness and availability to start in Lincoln, UK.
