Join our Transformation team as a BI Developer, where you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of BI dashboard development and maintenance, sustaining and developing dashboards for the Visual Factory initiative. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications to evolve dashboards and support effective operational decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy interactive BI dashboards for the Visual Factory initiative.
- Maintain, support, and enhance existing dashboards to meet evolving business requirements and improve performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboard functionality, data accuracy, and performance.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data models.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to surface through dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with demonstrable experience using BI platforms such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues to ensure data‑driven decision‑making.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and a commitment to process improvement.
