As an Apprentice Welder at Siemens Energy, you will be a critical part of our team, assisting with the fabrication and assembly of our state-of-the-art energy solutions. This is an entry-level position, with extensive training and support provided, including the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Welder Apprenticeship Standard.
Your typical day will involve welding and assembling various types of metal structures, reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, maintaining the equipment and work area, and adhering to all safety policies and procedures. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, learning the ropes and developing your skills.

What You’ll BringThe successful candidate should have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or equivalent, including Maths, English, and Science. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, you should be a team player, have a keen attention to detail, and a strong interest in pursuing a career in welding. You should also be committed to developing your skills and knowledge in a practical, hands-on environment.
