Join our dynamic team as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) supporting our SGT business, where your role will be pivotal! Imagine engaging with suppliers daily, leading product qualifications, addressing non-conformances, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with our valued suppliers. Product and Process Qualifications: Lead teams to perform Product and Process Qualifications (PPQ), ensuring suppliers adhere to Siemens Energy Quality Management Processes and tools.

Supplier Involvement and Collaboration: Engage with suppliers to resolve process-related issues, including managing and containing non-conformances.

Supplier Quality Supervision: Oversee supplier quality performance, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and drive quality improvement programs and risk mitigation measures.

Supplier Qualification and Auditing: Collaborate with a multi-functional team to assess and audit supplier capabilities, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards.

Monitoring and Communication: Continuously monitor and report on supplier quality performance, contribute to KPIs, and communicate any risks effectively.

Technical and Engineering Experience: You possess a solid background in Engineering, R&D, or manufacturing, with experience in leading product qualifications (PPAP, APQP, or similar) and managing unexpected supplier quality issues.

Quality and Risk Management: You are proficient in quality methods (5 why, FMEA, 8D, RCA) and risk management, with knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO9001) and Supplier Quality Management (SQM).

Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate a global environment and manage multi-problem investigations simultaneously.

Commitment and Travel: You demonstrate commitment, collaboration, and positivity, with a willingness to travel as part of your role.
