It’s a busy manufacturing environment, contributing to the global renewable energy transition. Your day may involve working with HR Business Partners, Line Managers, Employees, Payroll, HR external vendors, supporting queries, troubleshooting Workday issues, data management, and supporting on-site initiatives. The factory is large, so expect to be active and engaging with various stakeholders daily. How You’ll Make an Impact Supporting the HR Business Partner with HR administration tasks. Supporting the Regional HR Services Manager UK & IE in embedding HR process compliance at the Hull Blade Factory. Identifying process improvement opportunities. Supporting Workday training, queries, and issues. Assisting with Workday administration and data cleansing. Liaising between MyHR and Managers/HR Business Partner. Supporting HR initiatives and events coordination. Gathering reports and data using Workday and local systems. Supporting right to work checks for new hires. Note-taking for Managers/HR Business Partner. Performing ad hoc tasks for projects and activities throughout the year. What You Bring Organized, structured, and accurate work approach. Proactive with a customer service orientation. Flexible and open to tasks. Strong communication skills, adaptable to audiences. Strong Excel skills. Ability to build stakeholder relationships.
