Head of Strategy, Program & People (m/f/d)
As the Team Lead of the Strategy, Program & People group, you will be the driving force behind Siemens Energy’s Digital Finance organization. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the coordination of innovative digital initiatives across Corporate Functions and Business Areas. You will define and guide the transformation roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with all stakeholders while cultivating a vibrant culture of digital literacy and engagement. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that the Digital Finance organization delivers measurable impact through focused execution, agile governance, and empowered teams.

- Strategic Roadmap: Shape and propel the Digital Finance Transformation roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Siemens Energy’s financial priorities through collaborative co-creation with all stakeholders.
- Initiative Coordination: Lead the coordination of cross-functional digital finance initiatives, ensuring strategic coherence and successful delivery across Corporate and Business Area Finance in a federated model.
