As Head of Strategic Planning, you will lead the development and execution of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) strategy, ensuring business demand, operational capability, and long‑term growth plans remain aligned. Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing, you'll translate business strategy into actionable plans that drive performance, improve forecasting, and support informed decision‑making.

- Develop and maintain capacity models that ensure the business can successfully deliver current and future customer demand.
- Monitor and report key planning and operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing strategic planning team focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master’s degree would be advantageous.
- Significant experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), strategic planning, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
