Join us as the strategic force behind a global Talent Acquisition organisation that powers the future of Siemens Energy. In this high-visibility role, you’ll shape how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across regions — driving transformation at scale. As a Global Head of Talent Acquisition – Gas Services, you lead a worldwide TA team and RPO partners across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and MEA. You partner with the Head of HR and senior leaders to translate business priorities into a global hiring strategy and align with HRBPs on workforce planning and demand forecasting. You will work with the TA Centre of Competence on sourcing, recruitment marketing, and tech innovation, review performance data, streamline processes, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience. You enable, coach, and inspire a diverse global TA team.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
