How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You will set clear goals and operational objectives for your team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring business targets are met.
  • Supervise, mentor, and facilitate the professional development of team members, fostering a culture of accountability and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • You will oversee the execution of on-site services, including commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AGT systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets for field service activities, ensuring financial targets are achieved.

What You Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • You have significant experience in a field service engineering role, preferably within the power generation or oil & gas industry.
  • You possess proven leadership experience, managing technical professionals in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with analytical skills to drive process improvements.
  • Skilled in operational and project management, with a focus on quality control and collaboration.
