A Snapshot of Your Day As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the organization's financial strategy. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will support in core financial operations including month-end close, journal entries, general ledger integrity, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver clear insights, forward-looking forecasts, and data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
How you'll make an impact:
- Support financial analysis, reporting, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Help the Financial Controller in the preparation, analysis and annotation of the monthly plant performance versus forecast.
- Support Cost Centre Technical Counterparts in developing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and managing financial responsibilities.
- Plan, monitor, and control capital expenditure budgets in line with approved investment plans.
- Ensure correct capitalization, depreciation, and asset classification in accordance with accounting standards.
- Act as the main owner responsible for the input, monitoring, and tracking of cost-saving measures within the internal One Puma Web system.
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement these as appropriate using various methodologies.
- In conjunction with key stakeholders design, develop and implement reporting systems and KPIs, using MS Office tools and PowerBI to ensure effective reporting of the factory performance, both financial and non-financial.
- Support the Financial Controller of the Blade Factory and wider business leaders in ad hoc commercial topics.
