How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digitalization projects at the Worcester AM site, aligned with budget, schedule, and quality targets.
- Build and execute a digitalization roadmap that prioritises business drivers such as production ramp-up and cost savings.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics with site management, engineering teams, and central technology functions.
- Monitor and report project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Lead technical implementation of shopfloor systems, establishing MES and SCADA capabilities and ensuring smooth integration with manufacturing equipment and processes.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Significant professional experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
- Proven experience leading digitalization or process improvement projects, including implementation of shopfloor IT systems such as MES and/or SCADA.
- Experience in Additive Manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting (problem solving).
