Overview
The Field Service Resource Planner collaborates with the field service and project management teams globally to ensure efficient personnel planning and resource allocation. This position is responsible for addressing all personnel-related planning inquiries and fulfilling project resource demands, either through the local team or by coordinating with other regions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with the Project Management and Field Service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date planning for Field Service Representatives (FSRs) within the designated environment.
- Plan and book Field Service personnel, ensuring the correct competence and availability.
- Prepare forecast reports for the designated team and verify actual hours performed by the Field Service team.
- Support delegation and commercial officers in field service personnel allocations.
- Ensure data quality from a planning perspective and contribute to process improvements in the daily work environment.
- Engage with Siemens Energy global and external third-party collaborators when needed to fulfill resource requirements.
