Organization: Gas Services Business Unit Full / Part time: Full-time Experience Level: Experienced Professional A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY To own and manage the delivery of SGT & AGT Parts, in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People (SQCDP) targets. To continually improve the department’s performance in manufacturing efficiency, reduce product cost, and promote growth and development within the team. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT Ensure timely delivery of products within cost and quality requirements. Identify investments and activities needed to maintain and improve manufacturing capability and efficiency. Own and implement budgets to meet business targets. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental practices in line with company policies. Communicate strategies and objectives openly to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain effective teamwork and industrial relations. Organize resources and processes to meet short and long-term business needs. Support the implementation and optimization of digital tools (Opcenter, Tableau, MES, SAP, etc.). Represent the business by hosting customers and external/internal stakeholders. WHAT YOU BRING At least 3 years of leadership experience. Understanding of continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies. Proactive approach to work. Management qualification preferred. Ability to deputize for the Head of Department as needed. Project management skills. Knowledge of manufacturing techniques. Team-building skills. IT systems proficiency. Health & Safety competence.
