Job Title: Order Management Coordinator
Location: Lincoln, Teal Park β 3 days on-site per week, 2 from home

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP recruitment services, is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to support our client Siemens in delivering exceptional service to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders in SAP, including spares, overhauls, and retrofit activities.
- Act as a key liaison point between internal departments (engineering, logistics, finance) and external customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate order handling, delivery tracking, and documentation.
- Support financial and commercial accuracy, ensuring costs, warranty claims, and delivery performance are tracked.
- Communicate proactively with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in order and delivery processes.
Experience Required
- SAP experience is essential.
- Background in order management, customer service, or commercial coordination in an engineering or manufacturing environment (gas turbines or energy sector experience desirable).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured processes.
- Suitable for early-career candidates eager to grow in operations, commercial, or supply chain coordination.
