Senior Project Manager in Grid Technologies Substations leads large-scale energy infrastructure projects from initiation to handover, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time delivery within a Zero Harm culture. You'll own project plans, budgets, and stakeholder alignment, solving complex challenges to keep programs on track. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive excellence, safety, and innovation in the energy transition. Pay / Benefits
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale substation projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, schedules, and resources
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Act as primary interface for all project stakeholders and maintain alignment on goals
- Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary project team to maintain high performance
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 10+ years experience in large-scale, complex technical projects in energy or heavy infrastructure
- Extensive NEC contract experience (NEC3/NEC4 or similar)
- Primavera P6 planning & scheduling experience
- Proven track record in project planning, financial control, and risk management
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or APM qualification
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
