Overview
A Snapshot of Your Day: Join our Gas Service team, where you will play a vital role in supporting international customers by solving their challenges and enhancing their processes with cutting-edge technology and methods. Imagine embracing flexible working arrangements that empower you to contribute to quality assurance and quality control within our project teams. As a Quality Manager in Project (QMiP), you will collaborate closely with the project manager to plan, monitor, and report on quality assurance and quality control activities, becoming an integral part of the project team.
Responsibilities
- Assist project management in preparing agreements, setting quality targets, and conducting comprehensive risk analyses for new product development.
- Support project managers in preventing quality issues, establishing quality standards, and managing supplier relationships.
- Develop and monitor the Project Quality Plan in accordance with ISO 10005, including the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
- Engage with suppliers and customers to support the execution of the ITP and provide mentorship on quality aspects of factory acceptance tests and inspections.
- Lead quality defect investigations and manage Non-Conformance Cost (NCC) through root cause analysis and countermeasure definition.
- Plan and implement project audits, leading both internal and sub-supplier audits to ensure effective Quality Management System delivery.
Qualifications
- A degree in engineering or relevant work experience in the engineering domain, along with training in Quality Management.
- Having prior experience in project management and/or quality control of large-scale industrial plants, offshore, or marine projects is beneficial.
- Practical experience in a technically advanced work setting, like the energy or transportation industries.
- Business fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A collaborative spirit, growing in team environments and working across departments and with external partners to achieve shared goals.
