Job Description
Project Management is essential to the operational framework at Siemens-Energy, and it is acknowledged as a recognised discipline through internal and external accreditation. The Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business is currently seeking graduates for roles that will support opportunities in both conventional project management and business development initiatives. These roles share overlapping tasks, hence they are grouped under a single selection process. The projects will range from internal efforts that provide solutions for customer deliveries through direct interaction with operational challenges to initiatives aimed at shaping the future. The tasks involved in each placement will foster development and growth in a dynamic service environment.
How you'll make an impact
- You will collaborate with various partners across multiple functions and locations within the AGT business to meet both internal and external customer needs.
- You will challenge the status quo; question established practices and inspire innovation within the business.
- Enhance your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma foundational training and by taking ownership of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Become an integral part of a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) and engage in broader business projects through our global culture hub.

About the Team
The service engineering function at AGT comprises several teams, the graduate scheme will normally be focused around these areas allowing a broad perspective to be developed but also deep understanding (placements will be assigned after recruitment based on a combination of business need and individual preference). The graduate programme will, through rotational placements within our diverse portfolio, allow a broad experience to be gained positioning you to explore your future career direction.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
