A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine stepping into a dynamic role where no two days are the same! As a Project Manager in the Mods & Ups team, you will navigate a fast-paced environment, interpreting and prioritising diverse requirements and challenges from various sources. You will proactively lead your projects, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, field service, and commercial teams to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality and safety standards.
How You\’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate, plan, and oversee the completion of engineering phases throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain and planning teams to guarantee timely and complete delivery of materials and project milestones.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with engineering teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and solutions.
  • Engage with clients early in the process to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the Lincoln organisation.
  • Maintain regular commercial discussions with the CPM team to effectively manage and track the project\’s financial performance.
  • Lead site readiness and execution activities, including the installation and commissioning of turbine package upgrades worldwide, ensuring that field teams are well-prepared.

What You Bring

  • A proactive attitude and strong project management expertise.
  • Proficiency in SAP, One PM, MS Project, and general IT tools is essential.
  • A clear and organised mindset, enabling you to navigate challenging situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially as many of our customers may not speak English as their first language.
  • A passion for your work and dedication to the team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but training will be provided.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. We bring together zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, including steam turbines and generators. We explore decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
