As a Manufacturing Production Manager, you will lead our production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. You will coach and mentor Team Leaders, drive performance through people and processes, and collaborate across departments to deliver operational excellence. How You\\\’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and coach Team Leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and succession planning.
- Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Right First Time (RFT) through effective planning and resource management.
- Monitor and manage production KPIs, addressing variances proactively.
- Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Order Fulfilment, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and optimise operations.
- Support New Product Integration, ensuring smooth transition from development into live manufacturing.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Promote a quality-first mindset, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and health & safety standards.
- Demonstrated success in developing teams and improving operational performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies is an advantage.
