In this role, you spend your day driving the supplier non‑conformance cost (NCC) claim process from start to finish. You work closely with Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Project management to collect evidence, validate costs, and ensure claims are properly raised and documented. A typical day involves reviewing new NCC cases, aligning with cross‑functional partners on recovery strategy, checking SAP data accuracy, updating claim progress, and troubleshooting any bottlenecks in the process. You also connect across business areas to maintain and refine claim procedures, ensuring consistency and clarity in how claims are executed globally.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Qualifications
- Strong collaboration skills across functions and business areas.
- Ability to map, simplify, and optimize processes.
- Solid SAP experience (quality, procurement, or cost‑related modules).
- Structured reporting skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience in Supplier Quality, Procurement, Finance, or Claims Management is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% during the first year, including Europe, the US, and Canada.
