A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Lead Project Manager, you will lead a portfolio of turnkey high-voltage substation projects for a key customer. You\’ll be part of the Systems delivery team, collaborating with Technical, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning leads to ensure successful project execution.

How You\’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead multiple project teams, ensuring successful delivery and acting as the main escalation point.
  • Collaborate across departments and with customer-side project managers to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and business conduct standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and opportunities, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Support future project development through early engagement and strategic planning.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in project and contract management within the Transmission & Distribution sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of substation systems and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, independent working style.
