- Oversee budgeting, service charges, and financial management to increase cost efficiency and drive site modernization.
- Keep real estate data systems accurate and current, using AI tools to support smart, data-driven decisions.
- A proactive, organized approach with excellent time management skills to handle multiple properties confidently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that connect you with diverse stakeholders.
- A bachelor\\\’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field, along with practical real estate experience.
