We are seeking a Digitalisation Specialist to join our on‑site team at the Hull Blade Factory. You will play a key role in driving digital innovation, working closely with operational teams to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will contribute across software development, data, and process improvement, helping to shape the factory of the future. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement digital solutions that improve business processes and performance
  • Develop and maintain applications using C# and related technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Enhance and optimise existing systems to improve usability, efficiency, and reliability
  • Support integration of systems, data flows, and digital tools across the business
  • Contribute to data-driven initiatives, including reporting, analytics, and data modelling
  • Support project delivery, including planning, testing, documentation, and deployment
  • Provide technical guidance and support for both custom-built and standard applications
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardise processes
  • Evaluate new technologies, tools, and vendor solutions to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with C# and familiarity with modern development frameworks (e.g. ASP.NET)
