How You’ll Make An Impact
- Negotiate strategic partnerships, including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights.
- Lead strategic business projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Manufacturing from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are achieved.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key business initiatives and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing clear communication, governance, and project reporting.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting project management best practices and contributing to the development of project delivery standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key business initiatives as well as identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and integrating new business ideas or acquisitions is a plus.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
