We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Services Program Manager to join our Consulting Services team. In this key role, you will drive the successful execution of electronic design services projects. We're looking for a leader with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through clear, consistent delivery and strategic project management. You'll collaborate across account teams and technical leadership to identify opportunities, scope projects accurately, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate strategically with account teams and technical leads to drive successful sales campaigns and identify new business opportunities within the EDA/PCB design services space.
  • Capture customer objectives and requirements using structured intake forms and comprehensive discovery processes.
  • Lead the technical scoping process with assigned technical leads, translating customer requirements into detailed project effort estimates and compelling project proposals.
  • Develop, maintain, and adapt comprehensive project plans—including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables—using industry-standard project management tools.
  • Oversee and drive project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and customer expectations while proactively managing dependencies and roadblocks.
  • Implement robust project governance frameworks, track key performance indicators, and provide clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating as appropriate to ensure project success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact and driving high customer satisfaction.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience leading complex electronic design projects from concept to completion.
  • Profound understanding and practical application of the PCB development lifecycle, including design, layout, library management, and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Proficiency in High-Speed Design (HSD) analysis, simulation tools, and related methodologies, with the ability to guide technical discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cloud-based solutions, SaaS deployments, or managed services within the EDA or PCB design domain.
  • Deep expertise in project governance and various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); PMP or equivalent certification (PRINCE2, Agile) is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a proven track record of successful customer engagements and contract renewals.

Compensation & Benefits

The primary location for this opportunity is Egypt. The applicable salary range is: USD 49,900 – USD 109,800 (Egypt). This position may also be posted in the following additional locations: UK, Italy, Poland, and Spain. The applicable salary ranges for these locations are: £69,700 – £139,400 (UK); €64,100 – €128,200 (Italy); zł255,500 – zł460,000 (Poland); €67,100 – €120,800 (Spain). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
