Emulation Hardware Support Engineer – a highly motivated and technically skilled engineer to maintain, monitor, and optimize emulation products and infrastructure across data center, cloud, hybrid environments, and customer sites. This role blends hands‑on emulation hardware support and operational ownership with a forward‑looking focus on automation, observability, scalability, and service reliability.

The ideal candidate:

  • Collaborates closely with R ability to stand for long periods in a lab or datacenter environment.
  • Has hands‑on experience with monitoring and automation tools.
  • Possesses proficiency in performance tuning and system observability across hybrid environments.
  • Has working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Has data centre operations and technical knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with emulation hardware support and emulation technologies.
  • Experience handling electronic and electrical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security standards and compliance‑driven operations.
