- Leading a portfolio of strategic initiatives sponsored by Global Role Based Councils or driven by broader organizational priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Translating council priorities into clearly defined initiatives with agreed scope, objectives, KPI and expected business impact.
- Developing and managing end-to-end program plans including timelines, milestones, governance structures, and deliverables.
